Our staff is here to take your order from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. You may also fax your order to us at (714) 520-8306. All order received before 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time will usually be shipped the same day.
Our call orders are accepted from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at our warehouse in Anaheim, California. To avoid long waiting, please call 24 hours in advance whenever possible.
While we stock a large inventory of our products, occasionally back order to occur. we will contact you when the merchandise is available to verify if still required.
All order are COD unless customer has been approved for credit term. There is a $100.00 minimum on all orders.
Any returned check will be subject to the California Bad Check Law #AB1226. This law states that we may collect up to three times the amount of the check plus any filing or court cost. There is a $45.00 charge for any returned check for any reason.
All orders are shipped F.O.B. at OES, Inc warehouse, Anaheim, California. All shipments are made via U.P.S. ground unless otherwise specified. Any refused shipment is subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the freight charge. Any charges will be billed back to the customer’s account.
You must be 100% satisfied with our products. Merchandise can be returned for any reason simply by calling for a return authorization number within 45 days of delivery. You may choose a credit, exchange or refund.
All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization (R.A.) number. You may obtain a R.A. number by calling with the items you wish to return and the invoice number of your purchase. We happily accept returns for a refund or exchange as long as the merchandise is in new condition, complete with all original packaging. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on special orders or electrical parts. Freight collect or C.O.D. returns can not be accepted. Merchandise received by OES, Inc. which is damaged due to inadequate packaging by customer or customer abuse will not be credited.
All claims for shortages or damages must be made within 5 days of delivery. In the event that damage appears to have occurred during transport, do not sign Bill of Lading and notify OES, Inc. as soon as possible.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Original Equipment Supply, Inc.’s liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods. Original Equipment Supply, Inc. shall not be liable for special or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or revenue; loss of use of the goods; or any associated goods; costs of substitute goods. This limitation applies whether such claim arises from warranty or negligence and whether such claim arises from design, manufacture, sale, resale, delivery, installation, inspection, repair, etc.
